About the Budget Developing the City of White Rock's annual budget is a complex process that takes place over several months and involves input from residents, business owners, community organizations, City Council, and staff.
Guided by Council’s priorities, the annual budget forms part of a five-year financial plan. This plan outlines the programs, services, and initiatives the City will deliver—and how these will be funded.

This survey is an opportunity to share your views on community priorities, service levels, and future investments. Your feedback will help inform the development of the 2027 budget and longer-term planning. Survey results will be considered alongside other information and community engagement activities as Council deliberates on budget decisions.
What Happens Next? All feedback will be compiled into a Corporate Report to Council, including a summary of survey results and recommendations to support the 2027 budget process.
