Residents of White Rock are invited to provide comments annually as part of the City's annual budget process. The feedback received from this engagement will help inform Council to adopt the 2026 - 2030 Financial Plan.
The Draft 2026 - 2030 Financial Plan recommends an average property tax increase of 5.06% for 2026.
The Draft Financial Plan prioritizes community needs, elevates service delivery, and supports Council’s strategic priorities of Community, Housing & Land Use, Infrastructure (Built and Natural Environment), Local Economy, Organization & Governance, and the Waterfront. These initiatives are vital to sustaining White Rock’s growth and livability.
The Draft Financial Plan has been prepared with public consultation from a budget survey completed in July and August 2025, and the results of which were presented to Council in September 2025.
